We offer CNC turning and custom metal parts manufacturing.
Where is the factory located? Overseas orders available?
We are located in Shulin District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. We accept orders from customers across overseas. Sample delivery and shipping services are available.
What is the machining size range?
Generally, machine parts with a maximum diameter of up to 300mm and a length of up to 600mm. Specifications may vary slightly depending on the equipment. Please feel free to provide your drawings for evaluation.
Machine special materials are available?
Please provide detailed material specifications and usage requirements to assess machinability and provide a quotation.
How to ensure product quality?
All parts are inspected before shipping. We use calipers or follow the customer-specific QC standards.
What information is needed for a quote?
Please provide drawing CAD, quantity, material, surface finish, and desired lead time.
What is the standard lead time? How about the urgent service?
Normally 20 - 30 working days; express service available upon request.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, Check accepted, invoices available.
