Our company adheres to the principle of "Quality First", establishing a comprehensive and rigorous quality management system that covers the entire process from raw material intake to finished product delivery.
At the raw material stage, every batch undergoes strict inspection and verification to ensure that the materials meet both customer requirements and international standards. Complete traceability records are maintained for quality tracking.
During the production process, a multi-level quality control mechanism is implemented. Immediately after the first article is produced, it is inspected with precision measuring instruments to confirm compliance with all specifications. The measurement results are recorded and archived. In addition, our quality check conducts scheduled daily in-process inspections, using tools such as 2D optical projector, thread ring gauge, and surface roughness testers to continuously monitor machining accuracy and maintain product consistency.
At the final inspection and delivery stage, every finished product must pass thorough checks, including dimensional measurement, appearance inspection, and functional testing. Upon request, we also provide detailed inspection reports. Only products that fully meet specifications are approved for packaging and shipment.
